Elementary Class

The elementary class will teach you the most basic techniques of Muay Thai, which are also the most fundamental building blocks of this martial art. Students will also learn how to use all kind of equipment during this class.

Intermediate Class

After completing the elementary class, and on approval of the trainer, students may join the intermediate class. At this level, the aim is to use and expand on the basic techniques to develop more advanced combinations of moves. Students will also learn the techniques of attack and defense.

Advanced Class

After completing the intermediate class, and on approval of the trainer, students may join the advanced class. At this level, students will learn how to use all Muay Thai techniques and advanced combinations in a real fight scenario. This is Muay Thai at a professional fighting level.
